Our rental fee is low-ended but the quality of our service is high-ended. We always make sure that you get the best bike for your purpose, an excellent customer relation, and, if there is any problem with the bike, we send someone to fix or replace it right away. We are also fortunate to be in the middle of Silicon Valley, possibly the only place on the planet where typical bike rental customers are world class professors, computer wiz, medical researchers, patent lawyers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Some customers returned just to hang out with us and chat about their awesome works and the "next big thing." Our community is growing!

Great service and bikes for my specific purposes. I had rented a small flat on Forest Avenue in downtown PA for a month, and wanted a bike for simple errands. I am not a serious cycler person, and even wanted a way to carry groceries. Also had not ridden for long time.Perfect set up. When I arrived we found a bike that matches my specific needs. He helped me set up bike and had helmet and lock all set to go. Very friendly, very convenient. Especially wonderful is that on day I left I just had to let him know where to pick up bike and he came by to get it . Next time I will also ask him to bring it where I am. This is the ideal set up-- considerably less expensive with considerably better service and friendly attitude.

All I can say is "wow". Not sure how he has time to be doing this, but the service he offers is great. I needed a bike for a week, and he made the entire process incredibly easy and inexpensive. Highly recommend him.

Very useful service & friendly guys running it. I moved to the area, and didn't have my own bike here yet. I rented the bike for a week first (35 dollars) then decided to keep it for another week.
The bikes are really OK for biking around Palo Alto, but I needed to go to and from Mountain View a few times (6 miles) and then I started to notice that the bikes were not as good as what I am used to. In the middle of the first rental period I switched the bike I had for a better one.
Still, this is much better and probably cheaper than taking the bus the whole time! So I am happy this service exists!
